Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

  • All items are shipped in discrete envelops for your privacy.

  • Shipping within the UK and Mainlands are FREE OF CHARGE. 

  • A 5 Pounds fixed shipping fees are applicable within the EU for all orders.

  • Shipping fees for the Rest of the World  are calculated based on the country.

  • All shipping are made though standard Royal Mail and generally items are delivered within 3 business days with the UK and within 14 days to the EU.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or had a change of heart, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy .

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels and seals attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please e mail customer service at sales@alwaysbesure.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item you received was defective (see information below).  We strongly recommend you to use a traceable method to mail your return

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) working days form the receipt of your item for the return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by e mail when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  1. If the original seal is broken

  2. If the items are used

  3. If the item is damaged due to misuse

  4. If the instructions of the tests were not followed

  5. After 14 days of purchase

  6. If the original outside packaging is damaged
