INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

H.I.V TEST INSTRUCTIONS

Sample Collection:

  1. Clean your ring or middle finger by rubbing with the alcohol swab provided. Allow to dry.

  2. Take out the single use Lancet. Turn the lancet cap several times until you feel it is separated. Gently pull the cover and dispose. DO NOT FORCE PULL.

  3. Place the Lancet firmly on your cleaned fingertip and press the button. The lancet will automatically prick the finger.

  4. Point the finger downwards and allow blood to form a drop. If needed lightly massage the base of your finger to increase blood flow.

  5. Allow 2 blood drops to fall into the test chamber of the  device.

  6. Open the buffer solution bottle by unscrewing the cap.

  7. Pipette the solution with the dropper provided. Dispense 2 to 3 drops of the solution to the test chamber. Clean your pricked finger with the alcohol pad provided.

 Testing/Reading Results:

  1.  Allow the blood to migrate for 10 minutes . Read the results NOT later than 20 minutes. The C line is the positive control and must always show RED line. If no line in the C, then the test is INVALID.

  2. T1 is the HIV 1, T2 is HIV 2. A RED line indicates Positive Result (infected) and no line indicates negative result (not infected).

hepatitis b TEST INSTRUCTIONS

Sample Collection:
